In addition, the Company will progressively establish and strengthen rules and operations for preventing misdirected emails, controlling the removal of information, and securely erasing information upon disposal.

The Company provides employees with education and awareness regarding information security to enhance their security consciousness.
In addition, the Company will establish rules regarding the business use of personally owned devices.

6.　Physical Security Measures

The Company restricts access to authorized personnel only, ensures proper storage of equipment and critical information, and strives to strengthen theft prevention measures.

7.　Management of Outsourced Parties

The Company evaluates the safety and reliability of cloud services and outsourced partners during selection and manages them appropriately.

8.　Incident Response

The Company prepares for information security incidents by establishing response frameworks and clarifying procedures, striving to minimize damage and prevent recurrence.

9.　Continuous Improvement

The Company regularly reviews the status of its information security measures and continuously improves them.
