[Important Notice] Beware of suspicious emails impersonating our company or our representative
We have confirmed the presence of suspicious emails claiming to be sent under the name of our company’s representative.
These emails pretend to be instructions from our representative and attempt to direct recipients to external services such as LINE, requesting QR codes or urging immediate action.
However, neither our company nor our representative has issued any such instructions or requests.
We have also confirmed that similar impersonation (fraudulent) emails using the same methods have been reported by other companies.
[Common characteristics of suspicious emails]
Please be cautious of emails that contain any of the following elements.
- Claiming to be sent by our company’s representative
- Requesting the creation of a new LINE group
- Asking you to create or join a LINE group
- Asking you to access listed URLs or open attached files
- Requesting the sending or scanning of QR codes
- Using expressions such as “urgent” or “immediate response required” to rush your action

please do not reply, click any links, or scan any QR codes, and delete the message immediately.
Our company will consult and cooperate with relevant authorities as necessary in response to such fraudulent activities.
